No exchanges are possible on Artis online items, as they are personal care products. You are eligible for a refund for unopened, unused product within 14 days of delivery of your byArtis.com order. Please return your unopened item(s) in the original condition and packaging. Gift with purchase must be included for a full order return if applicable. If eligible for a refund, neither the original nor the return cost of shipping and handling will be repaid. Items purchased as "final sale" are not eligible for return without exception. Marked down items are as noted in their product descriptions at byArtis.com.
